“The founding of the local NGO, Felege-birhan, meaning path of light, is an initiative designed to contribute towards primary educational needs in Ethiopia, through cooperation with beneficiary communities; Government and National/International cooperators. It is founded as per Public Law 404 and is registered (No. 958) with the Ministry of Justice of Ethiopia, December 13, 2002.”

A board of Directors consisting of seven members administer the association. In addition other four volunteers, coordinate Ancillary Services.
